A small mansion where one square meter costs 16 thousand dollars is considered the smallest house in San-Francisco.
The city is famous for the highest real estate prices but this doesn’t make the house less desired to be purchased.
The house with the area of 33.7 square meters is situated in the oldest district of San-Francisco called Mission District. A half of the residents of the area are Mexicans, the other one are Asiatics, African Americans, Poles, Germans and Irelands. Mission is full of restaurants, stores, markets and galleries. There is also Mission Dolores Park which is the center of attraction for the locals and people from the whole city. At the same time, the district is considered to be criminally dangerous.
The plan consists of a living-room, a kitchen and a water closet. Despite a small area, the interior design looks cozy and comfortable.
Light wall finish, wooden floor and a minimal set of furniture items create a pleasant feeling. Natural light from the windows and high ceilings make the space airy and bright.
Spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary domestic appliances, features much storage and working surfaces. The windows open splendid views to the internal yard and a shady terrace perfect to relax, sunbathe and make picnics with friends.
The cost of the house includes furniture, domestic appliances and all the decor.
