Such transparency between the living, dining and sleeping areas like in this Kiev loft provokes unusual feelings. It is not everyone who sees himself living in a house where the walls between the spaces are absolutely transparent.
But the architects of the studio Igor Martin and Olga Novikova know how to create a space that is opened to the maximum but at the same time calming and inviting.
The eye-catching green wall emphasizes one side of the dining area while another wall is made of brick. The intermediate area features huge floor-to-ceiling windows that open splendid city views to those who sit at the table.
The transparent loft occupies 115 square meters of the area. Facing by huge windows to Kiev, the spaces of this exquisite dwelling as if flow into each other.
The loft belongs to a perspecitve young lawyer. The design of this bachelor apartment has been developed with consideration of all wishes and lifestyle of its owner. Once a week he gather here with his friends to play some board games.
