Julien Dollon rated it it was ok The ux book rex hartson 11, Pyla Limited preview – I would go on to state, that if any of you are students and you are assigned this book as a text, to seriously consider another instructor or perhaps even a different school, because of how little respect they have for your time and so little knowledge of what is required for your success in the field, once you graduate.

Not really worth my time to give an in-depth critique and examples, but given the size of this book, it’s shocking how much is missing. And unfortunately, because UX is such a broad term, some may mistake this book as a guide for learning about interaction design in detail.
