The new submobility patterns described and taught in this book are even faster and more powerful ways cnange creating personal change than the earlier NLP methods.

Cange book begins with an overview of NLP – making particular reference to the “new” submodality patterns the book was written in and presenting these as a faster and more powerful way of creating personal change. It is defiantly time for me to read it again.

While I understand the value of some of the exercises outlined within the book, I disliked the attitude of the seminar material. Everything in NLP can be directly verified in your own experience, or by observing others. Also it is very amusing read. I read this book 24 years bandlerr.
